In a classic and beautifulTuscan cellar, we preserve the treasures of theNext, the fruit of much effort and dedication to satisfy the eye and thepalateof customers.
Cooked and processed meats including fabulous hams, salamis, sausages, biroldo, lard and " mondiole ", a classic Garfagnana sausage characterised by its strange U or horseshoe shape, each with its own " bay leaf " as a precious seal / brand.
In the cellar, there is no shortage of genuine and varied high-quality cheeses, also produced by us.
