The farmhouse restaurant makes extensive use of our farm's typical products, from Garfagnana and Tuscany in general. From sliced cured meats and sausages, to beef, pork, and chicken, to delicious cheeses—pecorino, cow, and goat—all produced on-site.
As for first courses, fabulous minestrone soups made with vegetables from the garden, PGI farro soup from Garfagnana, risottos with porcini mushrooms, preferably fresh during the right periods for harvesting and dried for the rest of the year.
Guests are always offered homemade pasta made with our own flour and eggs, fragrant country bread baked in a wood-fired oven, and delicious tarts and various berry desserts.
Worthy of mention are the spectacular " grilled meats " of beef or pork, also produced by us, expertly prepared and grilled in the dining room.
